Pros

Very good starting pay. Friendly co-workers. Beautiful location right on Solomon Pond. Great advancement opportunities.

Cons

Zero work life balance! Hard getting help when you don't know something. Getting cursed out all day by rude customers complaining of high bills. Long probationary period ( 9 months ).
