Great benefits Can't beat the pay rate If you like overtime you can get it a lot Possibility of working from home Adequate training for the position You can switch you shift with other reps there

Cons

People yelling and swearing at you about their bill Management is on you all the time if you aren't good at your job Seniority makes you have a bad shift Again the customer are so mean there
