Good salary and stable. Career path possible if you conform!

Cons

Prone to trying too hard to be PC ie people being put in jobs they can't do hence some bullying female managers trying to prove a point.

Pros

Great Experience, friendly work environment, flexible work schedule, openness to explore other departments, great learning benefits, very knowledgeable and helpful staff, great new building and office Overall great flexibility to work at home or in the office, as well as a rich and well nourished learning environment with well experience and friendly staff

Cons

Outdated and old computer programs, communication and coordination issues between departments in the matrix configuration, goals express are not aligned with the actual goals of the company "There are fundamental issues that cause challenges that should not even be there in the first place, which takes away from the actual challenges that employees are hired to solve"
