      Pros

      My experience has been largely positive. Very supportive and flexible management who help me maintain a good work/life balance. This is especially great since I'm a mother with small children. Decent maternity leave benefits, as far as the US goes. I've found that people really want to do right by our customers and go about their work in an ethical way. The people I've worked with have been great! There are a lot of different things going on with the company, so you can have a broad range of experiences and work with a broad range of people.

      Cons

      Really large, old company, which means a certain amount of red tape and dysfunction. It can be really frustrating trying to change processes and update systems. Processes are often different depending on who you talk to, which can be particularly frustrating with HR questions. It's difficult to move up in the company. The performance review system is good in theory, but doesn't seem to really work in practice and often ends up feeling unfair. It takes a long time for people to be on-boarded.
