Pros

Big Company Ideal for a graduate that wants to learn about the energy industry, good rates of pay and a share save scheme

Cons

Very poor management, treat staff like cattle, always jumping on the band wagon of new staff incentives yet unable to fulfil the commitment, starts well then go down hill very very quick, I would not recommend anyone to work for them if they had a real passion for a career find a different company

Pros

None. Before National Grid bought the company, the original energy utility company was excellent to work for, with real leadership.

Cons

Senior leaders have absolutely no loyalty to long-term, high performing employees. They will fabricate reasons to end your employment.
