Pros

Got thirty years in so I could retire from this show called a utility. To big, with New England driving the bus for all.

Cons

Foreign ownership inequitable salary structure based on were you live, and who you work for, not how you perform. Management fails to follow through on promises made.

Pros

Great work life balance and flexible work schedule availability. If you work hard and know what your doing it will be noticed by management and you will get what you deserve as far as promotions and salary go. Very ethical company who tries to do the right thing.

Cons

Few cons except most training will take place on the job.
