Pros

Free coffee at the Waltham office.

Cons

Company is not ready or willing to make any changes. Senior management appears to be a collection of former operation leaders that have little management skills but excel at the ability to demotivate their teams. They are too set in their ways and obstinate to listen to anyone of their teams recommendations or ideas. Everyone is afraid to fail so no one makes a decision. The Waltham office is a very depressing work environment.
