Pros

Easy going department with little or no supervision, loved working independently, flex hours and mostly a happy group. All managers are easy-going great managers to work for. Met a lot of nice people overall, great café and Starbucks onsite, WOW!.

Cons

Once you make a mistake its all over. Too many women working together, need to hire more help during busy times felt you could never get outside to relax got too much on your plate and no benefits as a "contractor". Was always reminded I was not a valuable person but just a temp. Not much else to say Thousand of people including managers are contractors, very strange, good fro Company bad for contractors.
