Pros

Fantastic opportunities to develop and grow, whether you want to be a specialist or generalist. Doing their bit for the community in the local area. Very competitive pay and benefits, while working alongside interesting and fun people

Cons

Car parking on site is diffucult so you have to think out of the box for how to get to work, but on the plus side the amount of car sharing is great for the environment!

Pros

Its a job.. It used to be a great place to work. Recently, management lied and slashed workforce pay but kept staff pay the same. Industrial workforce continues to labour under an oppressive and unhealthy buulying culture from management.

Cons

Bullying culture of low and middle managers

Pros

Work environment in control room is pretty friendly with good facilities. On the job training will be a bit of a challenge over the next few years whilst we undergo some big changes to roles.

Cons

This is a massive company with massive profits yet there is always pressure on driving pay down and diluting experienced staffing levels to, what many believe, are dangerous levels.
