Pros

The work hours are good

Cons

No One has a clue what they are doing. It's no wonder why the company is 4 billion in the hole. There is absolutely no direction from anyone.

Pros

Above average salaries as well as excellent benefits

Cons

The company has grown to large. "The tail wags the dog"... syndrome. Limited upper management growth without having to relocate.
