Reading UK Executives' dedication to Ethics Principles versus witnessing/living them in Central NY are opposite ends of the spectrum. It reminds me of a Tom Clancy (Submarine Tactics) book; that of an allied Submarine being tracked by/receiving Orders from a Surface Ship (there one minute; gone the next)... the Submarine diving below the Thermal Layer; the Surface Ship has absolutely no idea where the Sub is going but Trusts it to follow "Orders". As for Exec's "Running a Game" (saying one thing and allowing something else to be done)... I don't think so because what they affirm in the UK is extremely clear (No Interpretation Is Needed) and has not the slightest resemblance to what is happening in CNY... there's no chance to skate responsibility by invoking deniability.. So the UK Exec's Must Be in the dark
