Pros

I love that they have a gym at the job and it is free to the employee, I like the location of the job.

Cons

Manager try to control when you can go to lunch, the gym, and if you and your co-worker get alone, they try an pit you againsts on another. Minority in top management positions is non-existence mostly white male and very few woman and those woman are not minority eithers. They say they care about what you think and when you tell them they don't do anything about it

Pros

Flexibility at work to balance family and time, stable job.

Cons

Lip service when comes to employee retention. Does not pay employee the cost of living raises. Currently the management bullies people to say what the management wants to hear. The salaries are getting worse with time. Management preaches one team but considers their staff worthless when it comes to them getting decent compensation while paying themselves good bonuses.
