Pros

In such a big company there are a lot of opportunities to get involved with different assignments and learn new skills as long as you are self-motivated.

Cons

There seems to be a culture of mediocrity without much incentive to exceed expectations. Long time employees are focused on resisting change while younger employees are expected to fall in line.

Pros

Great support during my summer internship. I was working on real life problems from day one. There were a number of opportunities to do site visits.

Cons

It is difficult to try and work in the US side of the business as a UK employee. I think the pay structure could be a lot better as well.
