Pros

safe job, pleasant people, great work life balance, nice offices, decent benefits, good atmosphere, emphasis on support network, decent management team

Cons

despite all the good points raised, this company moves very slowly. staff are not incentivised to work any harder than the minimum required and promotions are a very slow burner.

Pros

Immediate Trainers and Supervisors deserve to be at the top Management positions because they their employess so nice.

Cons

However, top management promised me a certain hourly rate, but when I started working, they changed the rate and lied by paying me $1.00 less than what was in the original contract. I did not have anything in writing, but union dues are too much to pay for the representative's lack of diligence in getting MY MONEY back!!!!!!! Both entities need legal correction. I therefore resigned!!!!
