Too many meetings; huge budgets applied to tasks with no defined objective; so much red tape any time you need to complete a task; people in non-technical roles were constantly trying to tell us how to do our jobs. IT was a constant blocker for developers. IT doesn't have any understanding of software engineers or the work that we do
