Work life balance Work to maintain high level of medical benefits without driving cost to high Many happy hour and team building opportunities Work hours flexible On site doctor and gym

Cons

Use "NI" culture as excuse for lower pay Expect you available 24 hrs a day Career growth limited if you do not want to go into management No cost of living raises State they have profit sharing but did not receive about 50% of the time.

Not one of the best places to work

Pros

The campus is nice. The company is finally making much needed updates to the facilities. Benefits are average compared to most large companies. Great people to work with.

Cons

The work environment stinks. Upper management has totally killed moral. Management is not honest with the employees. A lot of back stabbing. A lot of really good employees are leaving. Pay is well below average.

Still a great company to work for

Pros

Impactful mission high tech with ultra interesting products and customers Great colleagues - smart and nice International environment Financially solid Strong market position

Cons

Business support functions (i.e. G&A and Operations) have not grown/evolved at the rate of the overall company growth. In some cases still too much of a small company approach. People management is a gap.
