Pros

Many pros from a nice campus and many fantastic employees to good benefits package which includes an on site clinic for minor issues.

Cons

Pay scale tends to be below industry standards. Management can be rather ignorant of those they are expected to manage and in certain groups also tend to play favorites and additionally demean good workers for no reason.

Pros

Very hands on role. Well supported by senior management. Quota flexibility.

Cons

Constant change - change management fatigue for many sales reps. Only a few people getting large rewards. Conflict between Inside and Field sales ownership may cause disruption.
