Pros

Great work environment, decent pay, very accessible upper management and intelligent, friendly and concerned co-workers. All cubicles no offices and lots of internal transparency.

Cons

All cubicles no offices. A little more pay to the software development team woul prep them up a lot more.

Pros

No Layoffs. In general, great peers to work with.

Cons

IT Management has no external experience. Company as a whole views IT as an expense, little respect from the Engineers that run everything. Projects in IT are always pick a date and kill everyone to hit it. Pay is below market, No, absolutely No, training, figure it out on your own, on your own time.
