There were some good colleagues that were willing to take their time to work with you.
Cons
Lack of transparency within management. I quickly found out how the outreach and enrollment managers were less supportive of new team members and unwilling to invest in new resources to better support their goals. Management has been very shady in its communication and has been known to fire or force people to resign if they do not feel they are being "loyal to the NLU culture" which includes having to give standing ovations to each team member who speaks before and after, making sure you are sitting at the same lunch table as them, or pressuring other colleagues for potential gossip that can damage an employee's career there.
