Great co-workers. Chicago campus has a great location.

Cons

Terrible, toxic environment. Manager who micromanages everything yet does zero work and is the most unhelpful, negative, destructive, condescending leader. She most definitely should not be leading a team of employees. High turnover, low-pay, no raises, no team environment. NLU used to be a strong university but no more.

Management team are fake and pretend to trust you and then go behind your back and do everything in their power to make it look like you’re a horrible employee. No training is provided and they expect you to just figure it out on your own. The HR team is horrible and don’t really help when you have a work- related problem.

very pleasant, non-toxic atmosphere wonderful students Chicago location is fabulous

Cons

rock-bottom salary and benefits for professors esp. senior ones asking faculty to do 2-3 full time jobs for 1 position constant bureaucracy several years with ZERO pay increase
