No person or company is perfect, and everyone with common logic understands that. And that's why I don't have any Cons, because I'm nothing but grateful for my time with NOD, and I'm logical enough to know that nothing is perfect. Instead of a con - I'll add an awesome pro, that unfortunately does not seem to apply to many companies these days - and their hiring practices. That is, NOD focused on hiring sales people who did not have to check every single box of qualifications, who did not have years and years of precise experience w/in the precise industry, and who did not have to be someone they were not. Instead, NOD focused on hiring the best people who they believed in, and who they felt had the background, personality, motiviation, and desire to succeed. They did not expect perfection, nor did they expect candidates to check off every single box before hiring. They gave candidates a chance based on their skill set, knowledge, and what type of person they were. And that's a huge reason why NOD was one of - if not the - best company I've had the fortunate opportunity to work for.
