I work in the Training and Certification Channel. Our leader has worked hard to bring our group together and effectively structure the team for success. With growth and acquisition comes a lot of change and not everyone is up for that, but we have a phenomenal team. There are a lot of talented people in this company who truly care about the work we do. Most of us are striving for excellence daily. The benefits are outstanding, and the company invests in people development. Don't let the bad reviews from one group here fool you. We have some incredible teams with amazing people!

Keeping poor leaders in place too long. In the end, people don't leave companies, they leave people. We are seeing more accountability coming here so very optimistic this will improve.
