Avoid at all costs

Pros

- Good benefits - Nice office locations - Some kind people

Cons

Do not get a job here, as they are currently laying off entire departments. If you are early in your career, especially avoid this place. There is no mentorship or opportunity for professional growth.

Not the same

Business Outlook

Pros

Important mission and dedicated employees

Cons

None of us understand the direction we are going with outsourcing. Don’t understand the rationale and think it will be more expensive and not as good in the end. Change for change’s sake is never a good idea.
