Pros

Having multiple days off a week. Plenty of time to do college on the floor. Best first duty station. Lots of opportunities. You will be working a panama schedule with two weeks of 9-5 in the middle for any and all medical appointments.

Cons

The sleep schedule constantly switching can be tough on the body and mental health. (Take care of yourself!)

Pros

Flexible time, PTO, and sick leave. A lot of opportunities you can explore if you choose. You have to look for them yourself, no one will bring them to you.

Cons

May not get promoted for at least 4 years. Always an excuse
