-Fair salary, you could make more but the work/life balance here is excellent -Excellent job mobility options -Best training opportunities I have ever experienced

Cons

-Its the Government! You will be asked to do things that don't make sense, you will see things that will make you ask yourself what you are really doing here, but if you understand Government work is like no other work going in, you will be fine.

Pros

The workforce is comprised of civilians, military, and contractors. The agency is getting better at diversity. Plenty of opportunities available to move around within the agency and field sites.

Cons

There is still quite a bit of nepotism. It is not uncommon for husbands, wives, and children to work within the agency. Performance ratings often seem as though they are based on a preset bottom line score versus how an employee truly performed against a given objective.
