Pros

Flexibility, Location, Team and WFH options

Cons

The leadership is only out to make money, despite what they tell their employees and board members. And if you are not part of the "inner circle" you will not be liked and will be pushed out.

Pros

There are no pros working here.

Cons

The company does not believe in working 8hrs a day. They over work you working 10+ hours a day 7 days a week just to keep up with their demands. Keeping in mind that all those hours worked are not paid in overtime.
