Cons

Hiring Managers are slower to act on recommendations than I would like, but they're getting better

Pros

If you want room to grow they have that. Always looking for people to move up to a level 2

Cons

As a level one worker you have 30 cases being paid 50k a year is not worth it. As a level 2 worker with 20 cases you get paid 70k also not worth it. You’re doing a lot of work for what you’re getting paid. This company is also new to PRS and behind in terms of other companies doing this service.
