Pros

Company really supports the balance between personal and professional work life balance. Generous time off and tuition reimbursement.

Cons

Administration is extremely dysfunctional and incompetent. This agency has been through a lot and is still gathering their bearings.

Pros

Competitive salary, opportunities to grow professionally within the organization, family first mentality

Cons

Supervisor of education department did not actually have education background, nor did the other hired educators. Poor leadership, other staff were allowed to get away with unprofessionalism with absolutely no repercussions. I only did a fraction of what I was hired to do. PTO is not what they advertise.
