Pros

Working to help youth in foster care is essential. While the whole company may not have the toxic environment that Service Reception Center had, the only thing that kept me coming back was the idea that my job helped kids in tough situations.

Cons

Employees are expendable Pay is low and arbitrarily different between same level employees Poorly managed by a spiteful manager (not the ceo, the department manager) Employee feedback was ignored

Pros

Positive work environment. Support from leadership. Room to grow.

Cons

Most of what I would change has to do with issues within the child welfare system, not the agency itself.
