Pros

Everything. People truly do care about each other (at least on the surface that is what I see and what I care about) I feel welcome and accepted. I can see myself growing here.

Cons

Too much food and candy, extremely tempting. I guess I need to set boundaries lol

Pros

Supportive work atmosphere, fulfilling work, working with foster families and foster children. Supervisors are available and helpful. Salaries are good. Lots of free trainings. Materials and technologies needed for position and work are provided by agency. Agency is growing.

Cons

Caseloads are somewhat high. High therapeutic intensity. County expectations and demands.
