Bait and switch hiring practices

It is great to work helping reunified families. Half day off Fridays is nice. Decent pay and benefits.

Things you aren’t told during hiring process: - pretty much expected to be available 24/7 - things you were told/promised such as schedule flexibility is not really the case -required to take a one hour lunch -high turnover
