Pros

The company mission is one I felt happy to be a part of, it’s a good opportunity to work with kids lacking supports, the benefits are nice in terms of time off/student loan repayment aid/ phone stipend.

Cons

You were expected to work more than full time without additional pay, there is a lack of leadership in the Stark office with poor training opportunities for management and the small staff available. More than half the staff left in the few months working here because of the bad leadership and lack of support for staff concerns and needs.
