Pros

Lots of opportunities to work Great benefits for those who qualify Mile reimbursement

Cons

Tell you it will be part time work when it’s in grace contingent. Those who are contingent employees do not qualify for benefits.

Pros

Nice management, fun programs, feels good to make a difference. Great culture with progressive management and modern values. Not stuck in the 1990s or even earlier like other agencies.

Cons

Lots of driving, difficult clients, annoying online systems - but that's typical. Little support from management due to their workload.
