      Competitive salary, opportunities to grow professionally within the organization, family first mentality

      Cons

      Supervisor of education department did not actually have education background, nor did the other hired educators. Poor leadership, other staff were allowed to get away with unprofessionalism with absolutely no repercussions. I only did a fraction of what I was hired to do. PTO is not what they advertise.

      Competitive pay, great teamwork atmosphere, ability to work with many types of people and kiddos, time off for social justice goals and training, and warmth throughout the agency.

      Cons

      Overabundance of paperwork, complicated online database, poor description of duties and expectations, and focus more on keeping other agencies happy rather than helping kids and families.
