- supportive staff - opportunities for professional development - programs to assist with getting a Master's degree - hours towards independent license -flexible hours

Cons

- large caseloads - lots of insurance driven documentation - difficulty for all staff to understand role of bilingual clinician - multiple roles aka case management, clinician counseling, and schedule coordination

Flexing time was great to preserve sick time. easy to work your way up decent pay for position good amount of sicktime

Cons

Management had almost as much turnover as FCSW's Flexible hours = evening hours unrealistic productivity standards Very little referrals on any given time clinically inappropriate practices terrible benefits
