Pros

Pay is good and company car is nice with free personal use

Cons

Work load is insane. CAT hours are 7 days a week 12 hours a day no joke. It's miserable. They have a pathetic excuse of a cat team, make their core adjusters handle massive losses without compensation and training is a joke.
