Pros

Good benefits, flexible work environment if you're not in sales. Can be easy going work if you find a niche you like there. Lots of opportunities to move around the company after you work there for a bit. People sometimes work here their whole life and are satisfied & happy.

Cons

If you're there to work on computers, or Salesforce, or in IT- there's not a lot of growth opportunity after a few years. Salaries here are lower than Market and you need to keep changing jobs to keep pace with COL- they balance this with pretty good benefits. There are a lot of older business/IT/management mindsets here and it causes apprehension and slows down progress. This company is very conservative.

Pros

Great PTO / No Overtime

Cons

Was a good company but has shifted into one who only cares about business needs as opposed to their employees.
