Pros

Tons of opportunity to advance in and outside of sales roles. Competitive pay and benefits, 18-23+ days off depending on pay band and seniority. Education reimbursement and paid licenses. Bonuses based on company sales.

Cons

Some of the entry-level positions can be a bit of a grind, but the payoff is worth it. Even the toughest jobs are still confined to 40 hours a week and come with breaks and a lunch.
