Not Enough Pay

Pros

Fairly good benefits and culture is good. Great place to gain experience to move to another company that pays better.

Cons

1. Not enough pay for leading large scale IT projects. They are one of the lowest paying employers in central Ohio. 2. Pay equality is nonexistent. Unfortunately, non white people and women are most impacted. 2. Outdated processes and procedures, tons of red tape. 3. Too large, felt like a number.

Pros

Great training and guidance. They empower you and give you all the tools you need to do your job well. Workload is manageable.

Cons

Stingy with pay raises. Also if you have a conflict with your manager HR is no help. Had to go through a whole ADA process just to switch to a new manager that wasn’t an abusive narcissist.
