Pros

Flexible schedule, good amount of time off, ability to WFH, tuition reimbursement, open communication from leadership, great benefits

Cons

Pay isn't great, it's OK. If you're known for taking care of things, you will get work outside of your role.

Pros

Friendly more laid back company culture than other large corporations. Many great groups to join to network, play sports, or participate in charitable causes

Cons

Not as competitive pay. Once you agree to your salary at your first position, the potential gains from one position to the next are rather small
