Pros

Fair pay, full benefits, remote work

Cons

Constant system issues added extra time to calls where every second is tracked, company doesn't make customer service reps a priority so it leaves them to take the brunt of overwhelming verbal abuse from members. Time off seems generous until phones are too busy and every request is denied
