Pros

Great company to work for. Care about their associates

Cons

Once you get to that 60k mark it tends to be harder to get more pay across the enterprise. I don’t feel like their salary is competitive when it comes to raises

Pros

- They'll never fire you so feel free to not put in any effort

Cons

- Coworkers that have been there for too long are typically complacent and pretty lazy - Severely underpaid - Constantly behind the curve on technology - Mid-level management is typically a case of failing upwards - Very rarely promotes from within - The way to get raises or promotions is to leave and come back
