Pros

Teams were well-organized and plenty of people to learn and grow from.

Cons

Very rigid in terms of actual dev work; not much room for creativity, even though it was encouraged in department meetings. Getting new libraries and tooling approved is a whole ordeal in itself. Total compensation was was well below market; the joke was that you had to leave Nationwide to get a better salary than any advancement opportunity can provide.

Pros

nothing. ... Nice office space-gave all new equipment

Cons

Attrition rate is horrible and do nothing to fix it. Company does not care about employees at all.
