Pros

The training at Nationwide is excellent. You will have a continued relationship with your trainers and will have opportunities to continue learning. Benefits are amazing! Generous amount of time off. WFH currently available. They will pay for you to take the Series 6 and other insurance-based tests. Heavily involved and incentives in place for community service.

Cons

Your schd will change, so don't get comfortable. They recently started requiring that you pass the Series 6. Raises are minimal. When you schd changes, you may find out a few days before and you have to rearrange your entire life to accommodate it (ex:original schd from 7am-3pm went to 12pm-8pm). Monthly reviews on random calls and quite a bit of micromanaging from some of the managers. DEI efforts were led by anyone but minorities, seemed like it was for show and just so they can say they do it. No career advancement if you are unable to pass the SIE or Series 6.
