Pros

Advancement opportunities, Remote positions, Entry level

Cons

Very Stressful!!!, Micro Managed depending on your manager, Short training, Extremely heavy workload, unfair pay based on the amount of work you have to complete, They give you a salary because you are forced to work on your days off if you are behind based on the amount of work you are given Which means they do not have to pay you for overtime

Pros

Remote work Literally there are hardly any other pros to list. Bottom of the barrel to be employed at. Stay well clear of this company honestly for your own sanity and wellbeing

Cons

Would honestly give this place 0 stars if I could. Firstly they set unrealistic productivity targets and expect employees to reach 90% each month. This is highly unrealistic to meet each month and when brining this up with managers it’s always the same excuse of ‘the data shows it’s realistic’ but never explain how. Even speaking with senior employees who agree these targets are unrealistic and have admitted this has been raised with managers but just goes in one ear and out the other. Work place is very micro managed, managers would just randomly drop cases in your que which are expected to be worked immediately when they have gone out of sla with no warning. The pay is sooooo low compared to what others are paying for the same role. Considering how big the department is to a financial organisation, the amount of cases we work and the stress working these cases to ensure we report suspicious members to the nca all for you to be paid pennies is ridiculous. The company has yearly performance meetings and bang on about how good the company have done and how much profit they made, but forget it’s the EMPLOYEES who contributed to getting them there figures but won’t even think about paying us fairly. Honestly stay away if you value your mental health and time because they will have no problem replacing you if you don’t meet the unrealistic targets they set out
