Nationwide is a joke

Pros

I received a paycheck every other week.

Cons

They tolerate people who don't do their job, and still give them the same raise as those who do their job, and as those who do their job and excel. If something is not in someone's job description, they won't do it. They like to hire people who DON'T think outside the box. Their systems are antiquated. If they do have a new system, it's always a "bare-bones" version.
