Pros

Give blood for vacation time -that’s it

Cons

Not only is career progression not a thing. The facade in place is false. The program they utilize doesn’t work and it’s the only tool they use. The inability to progress in a career to a different location is evident from multiple employees and some of the supervisors don’t care to help you progress they are looking out for their team and stats rather than you who they are supposed to advocate for

Constant restructuring of department. Mandatory 12 hour days 9 months out of the year.

Pros

There are some really great people. Moving around the organization is fairly easy.

Cons

It can be a place to fall into cruise control. For some people that is just what they are looking for but for the ambitious person it can be draining.
