Large overhead spent on pointless leadership positions. Never seen a company work someone with endless tasks. Management never owns up to try and streamline. It’s the ‘yes sir’ company. Lack of communication from all leadership. And now the layoffs because of the large salaries of leadership, which has created an adverse work environment for the ‘worker bees’. HR is useless in protecting anyone but themselves. Endless spending on marketing versus fixing the broken glitches in systems which would actually save them more money than cutting people. They’d rather just outsource everything (and they have in droves), instead of building a stable, productive, and fun work environment. This is just a small taste...toxic environment is spreading and will ultimately be a big negative on a lot of people. Watch out if you join ‘The Nation’.

Upward mobility is very difficult if you are not of an "uncommon demographic." No other way to say it.
