Pros

People you work with are great

Cons

Unrealistic expectations, they are currently re-organizing, but failing to care about the people. 12+ hour days, fail to take into account travel in work balance. Don't care about customers...its all about the bottom dollar for them. So if you have to travel over 4-5 hours away one way, don't care. you should be able to keep up with the paperwork. No advancement. Never expect a "good job", you will be second guessed on everything you do. Your manager doesn't have your back. High deductible for your medical insurance so don't expect any relief there.

Pros

They give you 18 paid days off a year PLUS 9-10 paid holidays a year. Ive never received so many paid holidays anywhere before. New years day, martin luther king day, 2 days for fourth of july. memorial day, labor day, two days for thanksgiving, two days for Christmas.

Cons

Some people don't enjoy working for the best company, Or one that truly cares about all of its associates. That's on them though.
