Pros

decent benefits, great work enviroment and the best employees around at my branch. Lower tier management is amazing and let you do your work and are there if you need help but not to be dictators.

Cons

low pay, cutting back on benefits, 401k match could be better but alteast the have a roth. Could be better career map layed out.

Pros

Always impressed by the caliber of people I get to work with on a daily basis. Smart, driven people who want to do their best. As important, is our willingness to share information, collaborate and help each other. Each of us is enabled and encouraged to network, learn and chart our own path, this enables us all to be business leaders, functional experts or contributors.

Cons

people have cited lack of promotion potential, I'd say get used to that, its a reality here. And, that the assessment process is lacking - yes, but its being reworked now.

Pros

Overall benefits package is one of the best I've ever seen. Comparable to working for the government. Work/life balance is great given amount of pay.

Cons

Many levels of bureaucracy. Processes are not very good.
